Job Summary:

Samsic UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Security Officer to join our team. As a CCTV Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, while also providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any potential security threats.
  • CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras to identify and respond to any security incidents.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and detailed reports of any security incidents or concerns.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other security personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the security team.

Requirements:

  • Security Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a security role, preferably in a CCTV security environment.
  • Security Qualifications: Possess a valid SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a calm and professional manner.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
