Security Officer

As a Security Officer with Samsic UK, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage all systems within the security control base, ensuring seamless operations
- Conduct regular site patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Produce accurate reports as needed, providing valuable insights to our clients
- Act as a liaison between our clients and our Contract Manager, ensuring effective communication
- Represent Samsic UK and our clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor
- Strong customer care skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and procedures
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use security systems and software
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to follow instructions and prepare reports
- Good observation skills, with the ability to identify potential security risks
- Full site training, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role
