Job Title: Hourly PA

We are seeking a reliable and caring Personal Assistant to support a lady in Norwich with her daily activities.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to enable our client to maintain her independence and engage in community activities such as visiting the cinema, bowling, and swimming. The role also involves helping with art projects and personal care when out and about.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with art projects and maintain independence
  • Accompany our client to the cinema, bowling, and swimming
  • Provide occasional personal care assistance when out and about
  • Enable our client's independence and maintain routine
Person Specification:
  • Friendly and caring attitude
  • Female carer preferred due to personal care aspects of the role
Terms and Conditions:

The rate of pay for this position is £15.00 per hour. Expenses will be reimbursed as agreed. The successful candidate will be required to complete annual training in GDPR, Health and Safety, Anxiety, and Moving and Handling.

Working Hours:

10 hours per week, split between Tuesday and Thursday, 5 hours each day. Exact timing will be discussed ahead of time.

Requirements:
  • Satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Satisfactory references from two referees
  • Completion of a satisfactory probationary period
