Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide support and companionship to a lady who requires assistance with daily living tasks due to health and mobility issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care, mobility, and health needs, as well as providing companionship and social support.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  2. Support with mobility, including transfers and wheelchair use.
  3. Assist with health needs, including medication management and meal preparation.
  4. Provide companionship and social support, including accompanying the lady on outings and engaging in activities.

Requirements:
  1. Experience working with individuals with health and mobility issues.
  2. Ability to provide personal care and mobility support.
  3. Knowledge of autism and ability to provide support and understanding.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work 16 hours per week, 2 days per week, with flexible hours and days. The role will involve working in the lady's home, with occasional outings and activities.
