We are seeking experienced tutors to provide educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in maths, English, and science subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans for students with SEN
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Provide tailored educational support to students with SEN in maths, English, and science subjects
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Experience in using assistive technology in teaching
  • Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties
Working Conditions:
  • Part-time hours, around 10-15 hours per week
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Flexible schedule based on student availability

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please note that all pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, and in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
