We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Generalist Tutor to join our team at MK College Group. As a Generalist Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to learners in a prison setting.

• Deliver Maths, English, and IT courses to learners in a prison setting
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of learners
• Assess and evaluate learner progress and provide feedback
• Work collaboratively with the Education Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals
• Provide support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their educational goals

• Relevant teaching or education qualification
• Experience of working in a prison or secure environment
• Ability to develop and deliver high-quality education and training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
