Culinary Support Staff at Sodexo

At Sodexo, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and their guests. As a Culinary Support Staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
  • Preparing and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
  • Disposing of rubbish.
  • Organising linen laundry.
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Culinary experience.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.

Desirable:

  • Lounge experience.

Package Description

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Causal role - with opportunity to lead to contact position, on completion of probation and obtaining a full airside security pass.
  • Shift pattern for contacted role 4 days on 2 days off.
