About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at NFP People Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with medication, meal preparation, and light domestic duties.
- To promote independence and dignity in service users, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- To develop effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues, and to communicate effectively at all levels.
- To work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, and to contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.
About You:
We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and who is able to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a commitment to empowering service users. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
