Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at PCR Digital. As a key member of our cross-company paid digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in the management of biddable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective paid performance plans.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with content and objectives.
- Attend key meetings to provide insight and knowledge on biddable paid media.
- Review and critique incoming creative and content to ensure it's aligned with objectives and fit for purpose.
- Activate, test, and launch campaigns in a timely manner with various budgets.
- Track campaigns and optimize as appropriate.
- Assist in reporting, tracking, and measuring activity in line with performance-based KPIs and benchmarks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular audits, analysis, and optimizations to improve campaign performance.
- Develop close relationships with media partners and external agencies.
- Assist with activation and optimization of campaigns across other social and video channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and latest innovations and demonstrate how they can be incorporated into the wider paid social strategy.
- Explore opportunities on new and emerging social channels.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working across biddable media platforms.
- Previous experience marketing offerings in the travel industry is desirable but not essential.
- Proven knowledge and experience of paid/biddable channels and management platforms.
- Agency or in-house experience working on paid social campaigns.
- Experience working on entertainment and/or retail brands.
- Creative thinker with an understanding of digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills to explain campaign tactics and outcomes to a wide-ranging audience.
- Excellent creative and copywriting skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large sets of complex data.
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
- A willingness and hunger to learn and develop career further.
