Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Raise new orders in line with customer demand forecast
- Follow up placed orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Manage stock levels to meet stock targets and minimize waste
- Review and monitor outstanding purchase orders to prevent delays
- Review and update the weekly delivery schedule to ensure smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
- Experience in a purchasing or procurement role within a FMCG environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
