We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that working capital is optimally deployed within the business, focusing on stock holding and rebates receivable balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Category Management: Monitor and challenge category performance, prepare analysis for weekly trading meetings
- Commercial Income: Ensure supplier rebates and other monies are accurately reflected in the P&L, review rebate debtor to maximise working capital position
- Inventory: Contribute to the Group's optimisation of working capital by supporting Operations in ensuring branches hold the optimum level of stock
- Line management: Lead a team of 3 commercial analysts aligned to inventory, commercial income, and category management
- Ad-hoc finance support: Provide support to Group Commercial and Group Procurement Directors and their direct reports

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting, as well as previous line management experience and a recognised finance qualification or significant experience.
