This position is contracted for 40 hours per week, spanning 5 days out of 7, primarily from Monday to Friday, unless special events necessitate weekend availability. The operational hours of the café range from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with shifts scheduled accordingly for opening and closing.

- Ensure daily completion of financial transactions, inventory counts, deliveries, and orders for the café.
- Address till discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper labeling of products and adherence to allergen protocols.
- Conduct daily team briefings to equip staff with essential information for optimal performance.
- Perform stock takes as necessary.
- Inspire and motivate teams to take pride in their service delivery.
- Identify ongoing training needs to foster continuous improvement.
- Work efficiently to minimize waste, documenting any waste in the appropriate systems.
- Ensure stock rotation aligns with company standards to enhance commercial performance and reduce waste.
- Adhere to all company profit and protection policies and procedures.
- Comply with food handling and hygiene standards.
- Follow health and safety regulations.

Desirable qualifications include:
- Prior supervisory experience in catering or hospitality.
- Experience as a barista.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
