Job Title: Client Development Director

As a key member of our team at Interaction Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Development Director to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer development strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and improve existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or commercial management role, preferably in the wireless technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
