Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Rock, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our home water audit program.
As a Plumber - Water Audit Specialist, you will work closely with our operations team to:
- Conduct thorough home water audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for water efficiency solutions.
- Install our range of control flow products, including the HL2024, to help customers reduce their water consumption.
- Take accurate water meter readings and flow rate measurements to inform our audit results.
- Identify and repair leaks, as well as identify lead piping and other potential issues.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent plumbing skills and experience with water audits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and our operations team.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to identify potential issues.
