About the Role
  • Manage the day-to-day posting across all social media channels
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing relationships online
  • Support the Content Creator with imagery and design of newsletters
  • Create images and short videos to post on social media platforms
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity across all social media platforms
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for improvement
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and any emerging technologies
  • Manage production of adverts and updating the relevant advertising tracker
  • Manage clippings and printed adverts
  • Update press lists and nurture relationships with publications and journalists
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Executive with admin and other tasks to ensure effective implementation of any trade shows, networking events and exhibitions
  • Help with the preparation and breakdown for any events
  • Assist the team with any admin as required
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising or other relevant qualification
  • Have a creative mind set and an eye for design
  • Thrives at building relationships both internally and externally
  • Highly organized
  • Efficient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Interest and ability in analyzing data and metrics to ensure continuous improvement
