Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. The successful candidate will have a passion for pursuing a career in education, particularly in Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke support to pupils with complex needs
  • Assist class teachers with the running of the classroom
  • Support pupils in 1:1 scenarios, providing essential support
  • Work closely with pupils to cater for specific needs
  • Engage in bespoke training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology or core subject degree
  • Relevant classroom experience – welcomed but not essential
  • Ability to commute to the school
  • Individual ready for a challenge – a genuine passion for pursuing a career in SEN
What We Offer
  • Full-time role – Monday-Friday – 32.5 hours per week – term-time only
  • Earn £460 - £480 per week
