**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented Junior Print Designer to join our Design Team at Boden. As a Junior Print Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the Design Team with increased responsibility, ownership, and creative output.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design innovative and unique ranges for our customer base, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy from sketch stage to production.
  • Produce detailed technical CAD drawings/artwork packs, maintaining critical path dates and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Be involved in approvals at all stages from development to production, gaining inspiration and innovative design ideas from a variety of sources.
  • Manage PLM systems, including uploading of tech packs/artworks, colours, and creating BOMs, and maintain weekly CP management for approvals.
  • Be organized and have good time management skills, with a keen eye for trends and design innovation.
  • Attend fits with initial support and present with the support of your manager, while being aware of trade and reacting to it where required.

**Requirements**

  • Good knowledge of competitor & aspirational brands.
  • Keen interest for colour/print.
  • Excellent CAD skills including Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • PLM experience preferable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Print/Illustration/Textiles.
  • Sufficient DAA or Design Assistant experience with examples of design work.
