Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Family Law Consultant to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various family law matters and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of family law issues.
  • Manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational skills.
  • Engage in advocacy, with experience being a plus.
  • Possess knowledge of Legal Aid processes.
  • Show a genuine enthusiasm for family law.
  • Having a personal referral network is advantageous.
  • Membership on relevant panels or working towards such membership is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lexcel Compliance is a plus.
Fee Generation and Management

Responsible for achieving financial targets set by the Head of Department, including:

  • Overseeing all aspects of assigned family and children law cases, covering:
  • Private and public law matters.
  • Domestic abuse cases.
  • Non-molestation orders.
  • CCMS applications and related documentation.
  • Conducting client meetings with a focus on professionalism and high standards of client care.
  • Representing clients in court, during prison visits, and at police stations as required.
  • Providing advocacy services.
  • Handling Legal Aid cases.
