Detailed Job Description and Responsibilities:- Oversee electronic calendars for the Specialist Nurses.
- Assist Specialist Nurses by alleviating administrative duties unrelated to clinical responsibilities.
- Maintain and organize patient databases, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Generate high-quality correspondence and documentation, including reports and letters.
- Manage email communications and respond appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Essential: GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Desirable: Supervisory qualification or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Essential: Administrative/secretarial experience within the NHS, including the establishment and maintenance of office systems
- Desirable: Experience in team management
