We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Health Specialist Nurse to join our OH Team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex cases with the support of the Occupational Health nurse manager and Occupational Health Consultant.
- Promote a learning and open environment within the Occupational Health team to assist in the development and training of all staff.
- Registered Adult Nurse, on part 1 of the NMC register.
- Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Health.
- Teaching and Assessing Qualification.
- Health & Safety training.
- Extensive experience working in an occupational health service.
- Writing accurate electronic records.
- Planning and delivering training.
- Undertaking complex case management.
- Able to speak English as necessary to undertake the role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
