Position Overview:
The Senior Ariba Consultant plays a pivotal role within the NTT DATA Business Solutions (NDBS) Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a broader team to design and implement SAP solutions tailored to meet client requirements. As a Senior Expert, you will engage in customer interactions and deliver SAP Ariba solutions, working closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team to provide innovative, high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly with core SAP ERP and non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and NDBS sales and business development teams to translate business needs into effective solutions utilizing SAP Ariba capabilities, while architecting SAP Ariba within the overall solution framework. This includes co-developing statements of work to support various stages of the sales and deal review processes. Lead and coordinate comprehensive workshops with senior stakeholders in the client organization.
- Provide strategic insights to NDBS and its clients focused on procurement strategies, leveraging SAP Ariba solutions and the product roadmap.
- Serve as the design authority on projects, ensuring that the quality and integrity of implemented SAP Ariba solutions align with industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies and developments, ensuring NDBS remains a market leader. Share and communicate expert knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of business processes.
- Identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business related to NDBS's end-to-end service offerings and provide valuable input to support business growth.
- Demonstrate strong delivery and configuration expertise in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Source to Contract, and Ariba Supplier Management solutions.
- Possess knowledge of Source to Pay and Supplier Management business processes for both Direct and Indirect Spend.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable processes is advantageous.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring trust and acting as a role model and advisor in SAP Ariba solution architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing SAP Ariba solutions for complex requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders across NDBS, external clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Demonstrates integrity and resilience, effectively navigating unforeseen challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives.

Personal Profile – Experience:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a SAP Ariba consulting environment. Experience with a value-added reseller or software house is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery across 4 to 6 full project lifecycles.
