At Vivify Venues, we are dedicated to reducing the complexities for schools in managing their sports and leisure facilities. Our Community Engagement Facilitators are committed to delivering exceptional service to the groups utilizing these spaces.

Role Overview: The primary responsibility is to warmly welcome our clients and their groups into the school facilities, ensuring that all areas are prepared and accessible for an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring they receive a positive and memorable visit. Assist clients with the setup of facilities for events, ranging from arranging sports equipment to activating lighting systems.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the school premises, ensuring everything is left in its original condition for the next day.
  • Uphold the security and safety of the school environment by managing access points and ensuring they are secured at the end of the shift.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections throughout the shift, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues through our internal platform to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, both in-person and online, to equip the Community Engagement Facilitator with the necessary skills and knowledge, including site orientation, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • We take pride in our work quality and service. The Community Engagement Facilitator may also engage in additional activities to support the school and our clients as needed.
