Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Barclay Meade in Bristol. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious growth plans by providing insightful financial and management information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial and management reporting for overheads, ensuring timely and reliable delivery to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cost centre budget holders, promoting cost management initiatives and efficiencies.
  • Design and enhance cost centre reporting packs for the business, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with non-finance managers to improve budgeting and forecasting processes, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and calculate overhead costing and labour rates, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel within a finance environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
