Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Offer product recommendations and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
- Visual Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the boutique, including window displays and in-store displays.
- Participate in visual merchandising changes and updates as required.
- Stock Management
- Assist in unpacking and checking off new stock deliveries.
- Participate in stock takes and inventory management as required.
- Commercial Acumen
- Meet and exceed personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the boutique manager to contribute to the success of the company.
- Support the management team in coaching new and existing team members on product knowledge and understanding.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with the management team and other sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
