About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at SMYTH & CO LUXURY CONSULTANTS LTD. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that exceed our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative pastry menus that showcase your creativity and skill
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to create menus that are both visually stunning and delicious
  • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all pastry dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that adheres to health and safety regulations
  • Participate in menu tastings and provide feedback to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards
Requirements
  • Passion for fine dining and a background in Michelin-starred restaurants or private members clubs
  • Excellent pastry skills and knowledge of fine dining cuisine
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including doubles and singles
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum (negotiable)
  • A fantastic project with a strong chef team and brand-new kitchen and equipment
  • A rota of 3 doubles, 1 single shift, and 3 days off (finish before 11:00pm)
