We are seeking an experienced and qualified Health, Safety and Fire Consultant to join our team at Search People. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with all aspects of health, safety, and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health and safety risk assessments and audits at various client sites.
- Develop and implement bespoke health and safety management systems for clients' customers.
- Carry out and create fire risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct client-specific risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Prepare and present health and safety management reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Survey client premises to identify client requirements and provide guidance on implementing effective health and safety practices.
- Advise and coach personnel on implementing company procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Audit and inspect health and safety practices across the business to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide client training on the use of health and safety management systems and best practices.
- Utilize experience in multi-site environments to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience in a consultancy environment.
- Hold a recognized GradIOSH or equivalent qualification.
- Be an engaging and effective health and safety professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a recognized fire qualification and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Be an adaptable team member with a can-do approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
