About the Role

The Goodman Masson team is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a reputable Housing Association based in the East Midlands, for an initial 6-month contract.

This role will see you working within the Responsive Repairs team, requiring a thorough understanding and experience with NHF SOR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied case load of work, including responsive repairs, planned works, and NHF SOR projects.
  • Conduct on-site quality checks and costing assessments, working closely with the team to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a BSc in Quantity Surveying, at least 3 years of recent experience with NHF SOR, and a proven track record of working in a Housing Association environment.
