Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, facilitate interviews, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates.
  • Industry Analysis: Remain informed about market trends and conditions, offering valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, sales proficiency, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven history of achieving sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment platforms, preferably with experience in Construction recruitment.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary for site visits.
