Reesmarx is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team, driving client satisfaction and retention across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global customer success strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and enhances client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team across two locations, ensuring cohesive, high-performing Customer Success, client onboarding, and support functions.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure customer success is integrated into product development and sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure client success targets are met, such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth from existing clients.
- Proven background in financial services, ideally within securities finance, fintech, or related sectors.
- Strong client-facing experience at a senior level, with a track record of fostering lasting relationships and driving customer success.
- Deep understanding of client success methodologies, service delivery models, and best practices in onboarding and support.
Regular travel is required to client meetings and other company offices, including the UK, Europe, US, and Asia.
In-Office Requirements:Minimum of 3 days per week in the London office for collaboration with key stakeholders and teams.
