Job Summary:

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential candidates, utilizing various databases and social media platforms to source top talent.
  • Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
  • Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Generate leads through interactions with industry professionals and maintain a strong network of contacts.

Requirements:

  • Recent degree from university or 6 months sales experience.
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
