Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top talent for our clients through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
