We're seeking an experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team, working with learners to develop their skills and knowledge in the adult care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching to apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards and achieve their qualifications.
  • Conduct initial assessments and enrolments, identifying individual learning needs and developing tailored support plans.
  • Travel to different employer sites and workplaces, delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions to meet learner needs.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of learner progress, ensuring regulatory and financial information is up-to-date.
  • Promote the organisation to employers and local connections, sharing the value of our training and apprenticeship programs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in an Adult Care setting, with a supervisory level role and a sound understanding of the Care Act and CQC requirements.
  • A Level 5 or above qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
  • Excellent administration skills, with good computer literacy and the ability to maintain accurate records.
