Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fashion Retail Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales associates, fostering high levels of engagement and performance.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a high standard of service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of 18montrose.
- Sales Management: Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by driving individual and team performance, monitoring KPIs, and providing feedback to staff.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines, assisting in the planning and execution of visual merchandising strategies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate stocktaking, and manage replenishment processes to keep the store well-stocked.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all store operations are carried out efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Training and Development: Support the development of your team by providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring, helping to identify areas for improvement and create development plans.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a role model for the team by embodying the 18montrose brand values and ethos in every aspect of your work.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
