The Memcom Group is seeking a highly experienced and influential Independent Chair to join our Board of Directors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring the effective governance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Board, ensuring that we are well-positioned to achieve our mission and vision.
  • Work closely with our Chief Executive to drive transformational change and improve diversity of thinking at Board level.
  • Ensure that the Board provides effective oversight and direction to the governance of the organization.
  • Represent the interests of the organization and its members, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Significant senior leadership and non-executive experience, preferably with chairing experience of similar organizations.
