At Comic Relief, we're on a mission to create a just world, free from poverty. As we embark on an exciting journey of transformation, we're seeking a courageous Chair and two new Trustees to drive us forward.

About the Roles

We're looking for individuals who embody our values of humor, generosity, and meaningful change. Our ideal candidates will bring a collaborative approach, effective governance, and a track record of delivering strategic and sustainable change.

Chair

The Chair will lead our Board of Trustees, bringing a wealth of experience as a main-board executive and/or non-executive director. Prior chairing experience, whether in the commercial, public, or not-for-profit sectors, is highly desirable.

Trustees

We're seeking two new Trustees to join our Board in early 2025. One Trustee will bring senior strategic finance expertise, with a view to becoming our new Treasurer following a handover with the incumbent. The second Trustee will bring experience in one or more of the following areas: visual media, commercial strategy, using technology for public good, or digital engagement.
