As a Maintenance Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during production

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
