About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Co-Production Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering projects that promote co-production, facilitation, training, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a series of learning groups, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging active participation.
  • Facilitate a co-production group, bringing together individuals and representatives from local authorities and healthcare organizations to drive positive change.
  • Develop a project communication plan to effectively promote the purpose and goals of the project, targeting individuals who have accessed specific public services in Lincolnshire.
  • Attend and contribute to public sector or voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise sector board or network meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
