We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Co-Production Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering projects that promote co-production, facilitation, training, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a series of learning groups, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging active participation.
- Facilitate a co-production group, bringing together individuals and representatives from local authorities and healthcare organizations to drive positive change.
- Develop a project communication plan to effectively promote the purpose and goals of the project, targeting individuals who have accessed specific public services in Lincolnshire.
- Attend and contribute to public sector or voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise sector board or network meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Design and deliver training events on co-production and personalization, catering to participants from social care organizations, councils, and other organizations.
- Produce a series of podcasts and manage the delivery of the promotion plan, showcasing the impact and success of our initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups and individuals. You should also have a strong understanding of co-production principles and practices, as well as experience in facilitation, training, and event management.
