Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at SRG. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing ones, and driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement new manufacturing processes and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing optimization solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs and manufacturing processes.
  4. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and SOPs.
  5. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  6. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • BEng or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • 2+ years manufacturing experience, with a strong background in process improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Minitab, with experience in CAD modeling and statistical analysis.
