Job Description

**Executive Assistant to Head of Marketing & Marketing Team**

Carter Murray is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their marketing team in a newly created opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably in a corporate environment, with experience supporting a marketing team or head of marketing.

The role will involve a mix of general administration and supporting the head of marketing and wider marketing team on various marketing activities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the calendar, including scheduling meetings and events
  • Managing CRM data, including contact list management and CRM updates
  • Coordinating webinars and managing webinar invites
  • Preparing website assets, including recoloring logos and liaising with designers
  • Reviewing and updating PowerPoint decks and other marketing collateral
  • Managing merchandise orders for events
  • Designing social media assets using Canva
  • Proofreading marketing collateral, emails, and PRs
  • Supporting the creation of social media content
  • Coordinating awards and speaking opportunities

The successful candidate will be well-organized, comfortable with scheduling meetings and responding to emails, and have experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and Canva. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to multitask with great follow-up skills.
