- Develop and Manage Capex Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective capex solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Produce Capital Controlling Reporting Packs: Create comprehensive reporting packs for executive-level presentations, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Support Turnaround Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of turnaround initiatives, focusing on financial planning and analysis, and asset management.
- Review and Analyze AUC Data: Regularly review and analyze AUC (Actual vs. Budget) data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring timely commissioning of projects.
- Provide Technical Accounting Advice: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical accounting advice to the capital delivery community on opex/capex classification and accounting treatment.
- Positive Result-Driven Mindset: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering results and driving business growth.
- Part or Fully Qualified Accountant: Possess a recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong Analytical Skills: Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive business improvement.
- Experience with Excel and SAP: Proficient in using Excel and SAP to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £62,500 per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual Leave: 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays).
- Contributory Pension: Defined Contribution scheme, with a maximum employer contribution of 12%.
- Personal Medical Assessments: Available to all employees once a year.
