Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Employment Solicitor/Legal Adviser to handle a diverse range of complex employment matters, including tribunal claims, disciplinary procedures, and employment disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tribunal claims and represent clients at hearings
- Advise on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and restrictive covenant breaches
- Handle HR issues, TUPE, and employment disputes for both employers and employees
- Draft contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures
- Provide corporate support for mergers, acquisitions, and contracting out
- Develop client relationships and participate in business development
- Lead and collaborate on projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
