Core Responsibilities:
Developing road infrastructure projects (S38/S278) at both initial and advanced stages
Formulating strategic and detailed designs for water management systems (S104/S98)
Engineering wastewater pumping stations, sustainable drainage systems (SUDS), flow regulation structures, and retention facilities
Overseeing external works design for residential and commercial projects, including land movement evaluations
Cooperating with Transport/Highways Planners, Flood Risk and Drainage experts, and other specialists
Executing projects efficiently and within budget, often under tight deadlines
Guiding and mentoring junior engineers and technical personnel
Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success

Qualifications:
Significant experience in civil engineering, especially in infrastructure development
Thorough knowledge of road and drainage design standards and principles
Expertise in civil engineering design software
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Capability to manage several projects concurrently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant degree in civil engineering or equivalent credentials
Membership in professional engineering organizations is a plus
