Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team in Bridlington. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service, and you will be involved in food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the store management team
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
