Become a vital member of Amazon Digital UK Limited's Finance and Business Integration team as a Senior Program Manager

This position is essential in spearheading the implementation of innovative global business strategies for Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios.

Engage with a variety of departments including global financial systems, accounting operations, tax, treasury, and others to create cutting-edge solutions that are adaptable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of multiple initiatives
  • Drive automation efforts for financial workflows
  • Facilitate Amazon's business growth
  • Advise and collaborate with stakeholder teams
  • Make significant decisions to ensure project success
  • Work alongside diverse teams

Qualifications:

  • Background in Accounting, Program Management, and Financial Systems
  • Exceptional decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in guiding teams through intricate challenges

This position is office-based with the option to work remotely up to two days a week.

About the Team:

The Digital Finance and Business Integration (FBI) team is responsible for managing accounting processes for Amazon's digital offerings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience utilizing data to enhance processes
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Involvement in finance process enhancement initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications
  • Experience in leading financial technology automation projects
  • History of working with senior leadership
  • Proficient in managing accounting and finance projects effectively
