Caretaker Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our team at an amazing Primary School in Richmond. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the premises are secure, performing basic repairs and maintenance, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

• Ensure the premises are secure and well-maintained
• Perform basic repairs and decoration
• Support the day-to-day running of the school
• Manage the cleaners and other staff
• Contribute to the development of the school premises and grounds

• Previous experience as a Caretaker is preferred
• Ability to use initiative and respond to challenges
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
