Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information related to children and their families.
- Fostering effective communication with patients, their families, and visitors.
- Encouraging cooperation from patients and families regarding treatment plans, while addressing the concerns of anxious relatives.
- Facilitating discussions between parents/carers and the child (when appropriate) to reach agreements on care.
This role encompasses the responsibilities outlined above and may include additional tasks as required.
