About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents, promoting their health and well-being, and supporting their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to children and adolescents, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of children and their families.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
