About the Role:The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing both our field operatives and office-based teams, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and achieving high gross profit margins. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a national team of engineers and supply chain partners
- Challenging field operatives on performance and quality
- Overseeing the office-based team in Kent, driving performance and supporting growth within the business
- Delivering outstanding customer service for all clients
- Monitoring and driving financial performance
- Producing and maintaining regular KPI reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within facilities management or a related field
- Strong understanding of building services and engineering operations
- Experience managing field operatives and office-based teams
- Strong financial acumen, with a focus on profitability and margin control
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to produce and act on KPI reports
