Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and confidently oversee busy shifts, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests.
  • Demonstrate the capability to operate the venue independently for extended periods.
  • Handle financial management, inventory control, target achievement, and reporting.
  • Innovate and implement creative strategies to enhance the appeal of the bar.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, motivating them to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure adherence to licensing, risk assessments, and health and safety regulations.
  • Organize staff schedules and manage labor efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of experience managing a high-volume bar.
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence in handling monetary transactions.
  • Exceptional leadership, training, and team-building capabilities.
  • Methodical and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Approachable, self-driven, and possessing excellent communication abilities.
  • Willingness to assist hands-on during peak times to support the team.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
