About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Engagement Officer to join our Development Department at World Land Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering effective stewardship journeys for our individual donors, regular givers, and fundraisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture ongoing relationships with donors and supporters
  • Design and deliver engaging stewardship experiences, including written communications and events
  • Work closely with the Development Department to achieve fundraising targets and grow our supporter base
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to donor engagement
